The Benjamin Rivera Noriega Airport (or Culebra Airport) is located on the southwest side of Culebra Island in Puerto Rico with daily air services from San Juan, Fajardo, Vieques, and nearby Saint Thomas. The airport is small with domestic services to the island several times a day.

The other option is to take the ferry which departs from the town of Ceiba or Fajardo. There are several ferry trips offered throughout the day and tickets cost approximately $4.50. The journey takes around 30 minutes from Ceiba. There are also private boat rides offered to the island, with trips offered every 2 hours starting at 4:00 am and ending at 8:30 pm.
