La Fortuna is the name of a small city located in San Carlos, in the province of Alajuela, Costa Rica. Appropriately named “The Fortune” due to its abundant supply of tourist attractions and extremely fertile lands. It serves as the main tourism hub and gateway to the surrounding natural wonders.
